With over 24 years of experience in the human services sector, Jasmine brings deep insight, empathy, and resilience to her work with individuals facing complex psychosocial challenges. Her approach is grounded in lived experience, professional expertise, and a fierce dedication to person-centred, trauma-informed practice. Jasmine is known for her ability to build authentic connections, navigate complex systems, and advocate tirelessly for the rights and wellbeing of her clients. Meet Elyce Sheather Bachelor of Psychological Science Bachelor of Criminology & Criminal Justice Elyce brings over a decade of experience working in the NDIS space, supporting individuals with diverse needs to live more empowered, independent, and fulfilling lives. With a strong foundation in both Psychological Science and Criminology & Criminal Justice, Elyce combines clinical insight with a deep understanding of social systems to provide holistic, person-centred support. Her professional journey has been shaped by a passion for mental health and community engagement. Elyce has worked extensively across various community-based roles, including case coordination, psychosocial support, behaviour support, and advocacy. She has a strong understanding of the NDIS and is highly skilled at navigating its complexities to ensure participants receive the supports they need. Known for her compassionate, collaborative approach and ability to build genuine relationships, Elyce is committed to helping individuals reach their goals while promoting dignity, autonomy, and inclusion. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, and she brings a wealth of knowledge in mental health and disability contexts.

Meet Simone Simone is a dedicated and compassionate professional with extensive experience across Support Coordination, Family Wellbeing, Education Support, and Administration. With a strong knowledge of the NDIS and a background in trauma-informed and culturally safe practice, Simone has supported individuals and families with complex needs by working collaboratively with health, education, and community services. As both a professional and a mother of five, Simone brings unique lived experience in navigating the NDIS, coordinating therapies, and advocating for appropriate supports. She is highly organised, adaptable, and committed to empowering people to achieve their goals while exercising choice and control. Currently completing a Bachelor of Social Work, Simone combines her practical expertise, empathetic approach, and passion for helping others to make a lasting positive impact in the lives of the people she supports.

Meet Chelsea Chelsea is a dedicated Support Coordinator with over 11 years of experience in the social care and disability sectors. She has worked across aged care, disability services, mental health, hospital discharge, child protection, school-based supports and youth residential care, giving her a broad and insightful understanding of the many ways people need support. What inspires Chelsea is simple: she grew up watching people she cared about struggle due to a lack of appropriate supports. From that lived experience she made the decision early on to step into a role where she could make a difference. She thrives on building genuine connections and guiding people to gain more independence, voice and choice—believing firmly in the empowering principles of self-determination. Throughout her career, Chelsea has developed a reputation for being organised, attentive and deeply person-centred. She loves working with participants of all ages and backgrounds—from young people navigating early intervention to older clients looking to build connection and purpose. Outside of work, Chelsea makes the most of her coastal home and loves a swim, beach walk or trying a new café. She also enjoys weight training, exploring new places and practising mindfulness. Chelsea brings the same genuine energy, compassion and authenticity to her personal life as she does to her professional one. With Chelsea on your side, you get a Support Coordinator who not only knows the systems but truly cares about the person behind the plan.

Her academic background in psychology enhances her practical support work, allowing her to bring insight, empathy, and evidence-informed approaches to every interaction. Her kind and approachable nature makes her a favourite among participants, especially children and young people. Mikayla is passionate about building meaningful connections and supporting individuals to achieve their goals through fun, engaging, and person-centred approaches. Combining practical skills with a natural warmth and passion for helping others, Mikayla is committed to making a positive difference every day.

Meet Chloe Chloe is 22 years old and originally from Far North Queensland. She is a creative and motivated person who loves connecting with people and making a positive difference in their day. Chloe holds Certificates II in Health Support, Hospitality, and Business, which have given her a strong foundation in providing quality care, communication, and teamwork. These skills help her support clients with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to their wellbeing. Chloe is a proud dog mum to two energetic pups (both under one year old!) who keep her active and always smiling. Outside of work, Chloe runs her own swimwear brand and loves expressing her creativity through photography. Chloe's favourite animal is the wombat, and her favourite colour is red — both reminders of warmth, strength, and individuality. She enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and helping others feel supported and comfortable. Whether it’s offering companionship, lending a hand with daily tasks, or simply sharing a good chat, she's passionate about creating genuine connections and helping people thrive in their everyday lives.

She is known for her ability to quickly build trust, especially with children who experience anxiety or complex needs. With skills across personal care, behavioural support, meal prep, community access and NDIS-standard home cleaning, Megan brings a calm, reliable and person-centred approach to every shift. She is currently completing her Certificate III in Individual Support and is passionate about helping individuals feel safe, empowered and supported in their daily lives.

Meet Ev Ev is a compassionate and dedicated support professional who works alongside disengaged young people, including those with a range of diagnoses and complex support needs. Holding a Bachelor of Education, Ev brings a strong understanding of learning, development, and behaviour, alongside practical experience as a high school teacher. Ev has well-developed skills in positive behaviour support, emotional regulation, and building safe, trusting relationships. Ev is passionate about supporting participants to build confidence, develop meaningful life skills, and feel empowered to engage more positively in their everyday lives, education, and community settings.

Meet Kelly Kelly is a dedicated and values-driven leader with extensive experience in the disability and community services sector. As a Manager at Project Make Lemonade, Kelly is passionate about building strong, supportive teams and ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and meaningful community connection. Kelly holds an Advanced Diploma of Nursing, Diploma of Nursing, and Diploma of Mental Health, and has completed Mental Health First Aid, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training, and maintains current First Aid and CPR certification. She is known for her collaborative approach, strong advocacy for participants, and commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based practice. Kelly brings warmth, professionalism, and integrity to her work and is deeply committed to achieving positive outcomes for both participants and support staff.
