With over 24 years of experience in the human services sector, Jasmine brings deep insight, empathy, and resilience to her work with individuals facing complex psychosocial challenges. Her approach is grounded in lived experience, professional expertise, and a fierce dedication to person-centred, trauma-informed practice. Meet Elyce Bachelor of Psychological Science Bachelor of Criminology & Criminal Justice Elyce brings over a decade of experience working in the NDIS space, supporting individuals with diverse needs to live more empowered, independent, and fulfilling lives. With a strong foundation in both Psychological Science and Criminology & Criminal Justice, Elyce combines clinical insight with a deep understanding of social systems to provide holistic, person-centred support. Her professional journey has been shaped by a passion for mental health and community engagement. Elyce has worked extensively across various community-based roles, including case coordination, psychosocial support, behaviour support, and advocacy. She has a strong understanding of the NDIS and is highly skilled at navigating its complexities to ensure participants receive the supports they need. Known for her compassionate, collaborative approach and ability to build genuine relationships, Elyce is committed to helping individuals reach their goals while promoting dignity, autonomy, and inclusion. Meet Chelsea Chelsea is a passionate and dedicated Support Coordinator with over 11 years of experience across the social care and disability sectors. With qualifications in Social Work, she brings both professional expertise and genuine compassion to her role, supporting participants to navigate complex systems while building confidence, independence and meaningful outcomes. Her experience spans aged care, disability services, mental health, hospital discharge, child protection, school-based supports and youth residential care, giving her a broad and insightful understanding of the diverse ways people may require support throughout their lives. What inspires Chelsea is simple - growing up, she witnessed people she cared about struggle due to a lack of appropriate supports. This lived awareness shaped her commitment to working in a role where she could make a real difference. She is passionate about empowering people through self-determination, ensuring participants have voice, choice and control over their lives and supports. Throughout her career, Chelsea has developed a strong reputation for being organised, responsive and deeply person-centred. She values building genuine, trusting relationships and enjoys supporting participants of all ages and backgrounds — from young people accessing early intervention through to adults seeking stability, connection and greater independence. Outside of work, Chelsea embraces the coastal lifestyle, enjoying swimming, beach walks and discovering new cafés. She also enjoys weight training, exploring new places and practising mindfulness. Chelsea brings the same authenticity, warmth and positive energy to her personal life as she does to her professional practice. Meet Claudia Claudia Cartillone is an experienced Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach at Mind and Movement Therapies, bringing over 15 years of experience supporting people living with disability and complex psychosocial needs. With a strong background across community, aged care, and disability services, Claudia is passionate about empowering participants to build independence, strengthen capacity, and achieve meaningful, person-centred goals. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology Major) and a Certificate IV in Disability, alongside specialised training in Yoga Teaching and Yoga for Disability, which supports her holistic, strengths-based approach to wellbeing. Her professional experience includes leadership roles, case coordination, program development, and direct support, allowing her to work confidently with participants, families, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable support pathways. As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Claudia works alongside participants to enhance recovery, develop practical strategies, and build confidence navigating the NDIS and broader community supports. Her calm, compassionate approach focuses on building genuine relationships, promoting choice and control, and supporting participants to live meaningful and connected lives. With two years of hands-on experience in disability and community support work, Caitlin has developed a deep understanding of person-centred care, especially when working with children. Known for her kindness, motivation, and natural ability to connect with young people, Caitlin creates safe and engaging environments that promote growth, learning, and emotional well-being. Her academic background in psychology enhances her practical support work, allowing her to bring insight, empathy, and evidence-informed approaches to every interaction. Whether supporting daily living, encouraging social participation, or providing emotional support, Caitlin approaches every role with warmth, reliability, and genuine care.

Meet Megan Megan is a warm, patient and highly experienced support professional with a strong background in early childhood, disability support and in-home care. She is known for her ability to quickly build trust, especially with children who experience anxiety or complex needs. With skills across personal care, behavioural support, meal prep, community access and NDIS-standard home cleaning, Megan brings a calm, reliable and person-centred approach to every shift. She is currently completing her Certificate III in Individual Support and is passionate about helping individuals feel safe, empowered and supported in their daily lives.

Holding a Bachelor of Education, Ev brings a strong understanding of learning, development, and behaviour, alongside practical experience as a high school teacher. Ev has well-developed skills in positive behaviour support, emotional regulation, and building safe, trusting relationships. Ev is passionate about supporting participants to build confidence, develop meaningful life skills, and feel empowered to engage more positively in their everyday lives, education, and community settings.

Meet Shaylah Shaylah is a caring and reliable Support Worker with experience in aged care, disability, and community support. She is passionate about supporting participants to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing through person-centred care. Shaylah provides assistance with personal care, daily living, and community access while creating safe and supportive environments for those she works with. Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support, First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009), Basic Emergency Life Support, Assist Clients with Medication, White Card, Food Safety Certificate. Shaylah holds current Police Clearance and DHS Screening.

Caleb Hippisley
Meet Caleb Caleb is a dedicated Support Worker at Mind and Movement Therapies who is passionate about supporting participants to build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections within their community. Caleb takes a person-centred and strengths-based approach, working alongside participants to support their individual goals while promoting wellbeing through active engagement and positive experiences. With a strong background in sport and recreation, Caleb enjoys incorporating movement, community participation, and skill-building into supports where appropriate, helping participants improve both physical and emotional wellbeing. He works collaboratively with families, therapists, and support networks to ensure supports are safe, respectful, and aligned with each participant’s goals. Jessica Paulo
Meet Jessica Jessica is a compassionate and dedicated support worker who is passionate about helping people live fulfilling and independent lives. She values building strong, respectful relationships with the people she supports and takes pride in creating a safe, supportive and encouraging environment. Jessica has experience supporting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, transport to appointments, meal preparation, household tasks and community participation. She also has experience assisting families during the post-partum period, providing support with newborn care, household organisation and emotional support. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Administration and is currently completing her Certificate in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). She has also completed the NDIS Orientation Module, holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Card, and is certified in First Aid and CPR. Jessica speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English, allowing her to support people from a range of cultural backgrounds and communicate effectively with diverse communities. With a warm and positive approach, Jessica enjoys helping participants build confidence, independence and meaningful connections within their community.

Karina Rocha
Meet Karina Karina is a highly qualified and dedicated support worker who is passionate about empowering people to live independently while maintaining dignity, wellbeing and quality of life. She brings a compassionate and professional approach to her work, focusing on building trust, supporting individual goals and creating positive outcomes for the people she supports. Karina holds a Master’s in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, along with a Diploma of Community Services from TAFE Gold Coast. She has also completed extensive professional training including NDIS Worker Orientation, Medication Administration, Epilepsy and Emergency Midazolam Administration, Diabetes Management, Bowel Health Management, Safe Handling and Mobility Support, and MAYBO Positive Behaviour Support and De-escalation training. With experience supporting participants with personal care, medication administration, daily living activities and community access, Karina is committed to providing safe, person-centred and respectful support. She works closely with participants to help them develop independence, build confidence and achieve their individual goals. Karina’s strong academic background, combined with her hands-on experience in disability support, allows her to provide thoughtful, knowledgeable and high-quality care to the people she supports.
